To return items that were delivered by freight please call 1-402-884-5972

To return items purchased from Sunshine Nails & Beauty Supply, please follow the policy below:

Shipping: Product damage and shortages must be reported to Sunshine within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Damages must be noted on the Delivery Receipt and the notified the driver before signing for the product. NO EXCEPTIONS.   

Sunshine Supply is not responsible for color variations or differences from your computer for the following items:

                Gel Polish                  Dipping Powder

                Lacquer                     Matching Sets

We only accept the return of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 10 days of delivery. No returns accepted without prior authorization

• A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection.
• The customer is responsible for 2-Way Shipping charges.
• No returned on: Gels, Lacquer, Liquids, Powder, Sale items, Electric Files, Implements, Drill Bits Furniture, and Spas.
