SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Sunshine Nail & Beauty Supply for your beauty needs. Please read the following information regarding our shipping policy. By placing an order with Sunshine Nail & Beauty Supply, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. The order total must be $99 or more after all promotional discounts have been applied and before taxes and shipping fees. Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous states are excluded from this offer and will incur additional shipping fees.

Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options:

We currently ship all orders via FedEx. We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous states.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the FedEx website.

Missing or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or missing items. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping fees to reship the package. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a mistake on our end, we will reship the package at no additional cost to the customer.

The package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please contact your local FedEx for further information regarding your package.

If you still have not received your package after 3 business days from the date of delivery, please contact FedEx to report a lost package and file an online claim to obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package and will get back to you in 2-3 business days. In the meantime, make sure to email us at sunshinesupplyclient@gmail.com with your order number and keep us updated on the investigation status. Sunshine Nail & Beauty Supply is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped out of our fulfillment center and accepted by our carrier, FedEx. We will try our best to assist you in getting your products.

Mail Forwarding Services:

We do not recommend using a mail forwarding service for your shipments. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise when using a mail forwarding service, and orders shipped to a mail forwarding address will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To return items that were delivered by freight please call 1-402-884-5972

Sunshine Supply is not responsible for color variations or differences from your computer for the following items:

We only accept the return of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. No returns accepted without prior authorization
